- Experience Required: 1 -3 years in IT Support or Presales Engineering (Preferred)
- Location: Only Dubai-based candidates preferred
Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams during technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution design for Windows-based environments.
- Perform post-sales implementation, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager for device compliance and security.
- Deliver field-level support for desktop, laptop, and server environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of Windows infrastructure and MDM solutions.
- Provide training and documentation for end users and IT teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with device enrollment, compliance policies, and endpoint security through Intune.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, patch management, and system imaging.
- Good communication and presentation skills for customer engagement.
